What Is the Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR)?

We apply a maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 24%, in compliance with applicable Canadian lending laws. This rate includes all service fees associated with your loan. A one-time transaction fee of $0.95 also applies when your loan is issued.

Minimum and Maximum Repayment Period

We will determine your minimum payment together after verifying your repayment capacity and the duration over which you wish to make your payments.

Our payments are flexible and can be repaid over a minimum period of 61 days and a maximum of 120 days (16 weeks). Payment frequency can be bi-weekly or monthly.

Minimum Loan Amount: $250
Maximum Loan Amount: $1,500
You may also make an early repayment, in full or in part, at any time without penalty.

Responsible Lending

Applications are subject to our verification process to ensure the borrower has sufficient income to repay. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Being 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Having a regular monthly income and being paid by direct deposit.
• Being a Canadian citizen and holding a Canadian bank account.
• Having worked for at least three months with regular payments.
• Not being bankrupt or on the verge of declaring bankruptcy.
• Having a good banking history without returned payments.

If you do not meet these criteria, your loan application may be declined.

Consequences of Non-Payment

Failure to make payments on time can result in serious consequences:

• NSF Fee (Non-Sufficient Funds): $50.00 if a payment is returned due to insufficient funds in your account.
• Collection Actions:Your account may be sent to a collection agency.
• Negative Credit Reporting: Late or missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus, affecting your credit score.
• Legal Action:In severe cases, legal action may be taken to recover the debt.
• Additional Interest: Interest continues to accrue on unpaid balances.
